JG&A agrees to comply in all respects with all requirements of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996, Public Law 104-191 ("HIPAA") in connection with User's purchase and use of the Services. JG&A agrees not to disclose or use any protected health information or other confidential information received in connection with the Services, except in compliance with HIPAA and any rules, regulations, and laws promulgated thereunder.

5.1 We will provide you with an opportunity to exercise certain controls and choices regarding our collection, use, and sharing of your information.

5.2 You may opt out of our communications through an unsubscribe link on our email communications or by contacting us directly.

6.2 California Business & Professions Code Section 22575(b) provides that California residents are entitled to know how we respond to "Do Not Track" browser settings. We do not currently take action to respond to Do Not Track signals because a uniform technological standard has not yet been developed. We continue to review new technologies and may adopt a standard once one is created.

7. Children Under Age 13

7.1 The Service is not intended for children or directed at any individual under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect or solicit information from anyone under the age of 13. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information of a child under age 13 without parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.
